This policy covers the personal information Doa receives on this site (doany.io). Doa's own services, such as Todoroku and worklog, have their own terms and privacy policies.
1. What Doa receives
- What you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, company or organisation (optional) and message
- The IP address the form was sent from
- If you get in touch by email, that email and the address it came from
2. What it's used for
Only to reply to you and for the conversation that follows. The IP address is only used to turn away repeated sends from the same address in a short time, and to tell spam apart.
3. Sharing
It isn't passed to anyone else, except with your consent or where the law requires it.
4. Outside services
Traffic to this site goes through Cloudflare. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check, which sends browser and device information and your IP address to Cloudflare, Inc. That information is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5. Keeping it
Messages arrive in a notification chat on a server Doa runs. They're kept only as long as the conversation needs, then deleted.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use analytics, and Doa doesn't set cookies (Cloudflare Turnstile may use them to work). If you choose a colour scheme, only that choice is saved in your browser (localStorage).
7. Access, correction and deletion
If you ask, Doa will show, correct or delete the information it has received from you. Use the contact details below.
8. Changes
Any change to this policy will be made on this page.
